1. Milk Products:

Quality Concerns: If you find any issues with the quality of milk upon delivery, you can initiate a return. Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery to report the issue. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost.
2. Other Fresh Products (e.g., Vegetables, Fruits, Paneer, etc.):

Return Window: For all other fresh products, returns are accepted within 5 hours of delivery if the product is found to be damaged, spoiled, or does not meet your expectations.

Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging and should not be consumed or used beyond what was necessary to determine the quality.
3. Return Process:

Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through the Farmlokal app or call our customer support number. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.

Pick-up: Once the return is approved, our team will arrange a pick-up from your location. Please ensure that the product is securely packed for return.
4. Refunds and Replacements:

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Replacements: If you prefer a replacement, we will arrange for the same product to be delivered at the earliest convenience.
5. Exceptions:

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items like customized products or perishable goods beyond the return window may not be eligible for returns unless there is a quality issue.

Abuse of Return Policy: Farmlokal reserves the right to deny returns if there is evidence of return policy abuse.
